Heavy Duty's Josh Kessler worked on developing the soundtrack for both Saints Row IV and its predecessor Saints Row: The Third, according to Bray. The soundtrack was published on Complex Gaming, alongside an interview with Saints Row IV audio designer Brandon Bray, who added that the job of licensing and planning the licensed soundtrack was shared between publisher Deep Silver, developer Volition, and Los Angeles-based music production company Heavy Duty. The full Saints Row IV tracklist has been made available online, with details of the game's 109 songs and seven radio stations.
